Olive Bread (Cake aux deux olives)

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup(s) olive oil
  • ½ cup(s) milk (or sour cream)
  • ½ cup(s) bacon or chopped ham
  • ½ cup(s) pitted green olives
  • ½ cup(s) pitted black olives
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) shredded cheese
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) flour
    • 5 ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
    • pinch of salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Beat together the eggs, oils, & milk. Add flour, baking powder, salt & pepper. Mix. Fold in the bacon, chopped olives, & shredded cheese. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
