Olive Pecan Spread
- 6 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup(s) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive juice
- 1 cup(s) finely chopped green olives
- ½ cup(s) chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and olive juice until smooth. Fold in chopped olives and pecans. Chill well. Store in refrigerator. Serve with cocktail rye bread, or crackers.
