Olive Pecan Spread


  • 6 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive juice
  • 1 cup(s) finely chopped green olives
  • ½ cup(s) chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and olive juice until smooth. Fold in chopped olives and pecans. Chill well. Store in refrigerator. Serve with cocktail rye bread, or crackers.
