Olives Stuffed with Almonds, Anchovies and Peppers

  • 36 salted roasted whole almonds
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) finely grated orange zest
  • 3 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 9 oil-packed anchovy fillets
  • 36 large Sicilian olives
