Onion Anchovy Galette

Ingredients

• 1 garlic clove
• 5 anchovy fillets
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 large onions
• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
