Ingredients

  • 1 large leek
  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Garnish: chopped fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large sweet onion, minced
  • 1 (2-lb.) acorn squash
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 bacon slices
    • Assorted multigrain and vegetable chips
