  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large leek
  • Assorted multigrain and vegetable chips
  • 6 bacon slices
  • 1 (2-lb.) acorn squash
  • 1 large sweet onion, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
