Ooey Gooey Caramel Popcorn


  • 2 cup(s) Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 8 quart(s) popped popcorn (more or less to taste)
  • ½ cup(s) corn syrup
  • 1 cup(s) butter

Pop popcorn. Hot air popcorn works best. In a large pot, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add baking soda, and stir well. Pour over popped popcorn. Eat while it's hot and gooey.
