Orange-Basmati Salad with Pine Nuts and Pomegranate Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
