  • 5 teaspoons finely grated orange peel
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • Caramel-Orange Sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 11 whole graham crackers
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • ¼ cup unsalted butter

Position rack in center of oven; preheat to 450°F. Grind crackers and sugar in processor until fine crumbs form. Add butter; process until crumbs are slightly moist.
