Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
  • 2 (1 1/2-pound) Cornish hens, skinned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • + 12 more ingredients
