Orange-Ginger Glazed Cornish Hens

  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
    • 2 (1 1/2-pound) Cornish hens, skinned and halved
    • 2 tablespoons honey

Preheat oven to 475°. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Combine water and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
