Orange-Ginger Glazed Cornish Hens
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- ¾ cup fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)

- 2 (1 1/2-pound) Cornish hens, skinned and halved
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Preheat oven to 475°. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Combine water and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
