Orange-Glazed Tofu Triangles with Sesame Rice
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, divided
- 1 ½ teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 cup hot cooked long-grain rice
- 1 (12.3-ounce) package water-packed extrafirm light tofu
- 1 teaspoon honey
