Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup polenta or organic cornmeal (such as Bob?s Red Mill)
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 18 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ cup whole-milk plain yogurt
    • 2 teaspoons orange peel
    • Buttermilk Ice Cream (see recipe)
    • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
