Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • For topping
    • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
    • 1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau, or 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 large thin-skinned orange, such as Valencia
    • For cheesecake
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
