  • 1½ cups orange juice
  • Pinch cayenne
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • Strips of zest from 2 oranges (most easily removed with a vegetable peeler)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tsp. cumin seeds
    • 2 Tbs. coriander seeds

Heat a small, dry saucepan over medium-high heat, pour in the coriander and cumin seeds, and stir and shake the pan until the seeds are fragrant, 30 to 60 seconds.
