Orange Sponge Pudding

Ingredients

• Pinch salt
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 3 large eggs, separated
• ¾ cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel
• ¹/₃ cup fresh orange juice
