Orange Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
• ¼ cup(s) white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
• 2 teaspoon(s) grated orange rind
• ¾ cup(s) olive oil
• 4 tablespoon(s) fresh orange juice

Whisk together everything except oil. Add oil in a slow steady stream, whisking until blended.
