Orange, Walnut and Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

• ¾ teaspoon(s) allspice - ground
• 4 oranges - extra large, peeled, sliced into ½ inch thick slices
• 6 tablespoon(s) honey
• ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• ½ teaspoon(s) ginger - ground
• 1 ¼ cup(s) walnuts
• 2 teaspoon(s) sugar

  • ¾ cup(s) cranberry juice
  • ½ cup(s) cranberries - dried
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) water
