Orange, Walnut and Rosemary Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3-4 teaspoons freshly squeeze orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup almond milk*
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped {plus extra for garnish}
  • Zest of 2 oranges {save 1 teaspoon for icing}
  • 6 tablespoons canola oil

    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
    • ½ cup granulated sugar
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
