Orange Yam Casserole

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup(s) maple syrup
  • ½ cup(s) dry sherry
  • ½ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) mace
  • ¾ cup(s) Chopped Pecans
  • 48 ounce(s) canned yams, drained
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 orange, thinly sliced (large)

Arrange 1/2 of the yams in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spread 1/2 of the orange slices over the yams and repeat the layers.
