Oregano Queso Fresco (Mexican-style Fresh Oregano Cheese)
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh oregano leaves
- ½ gal. whole milk (not ultra-pasteurized)
- 9 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 4 to 5 large lemons)
