Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 (1 1/2-pound) Cornish hens
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
    • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
    • 2 (1 1/2-pound) Cornish hens
    • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Remove and discard giblets and necks from hens. Rinse hens under cold water; pat dry. Place hens in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
