Orzo Risotto
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 tablespoons Italian parsley
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 ½ teaspoons coarse kosher salt
- 6 cups water
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
