Orzo with no cheese
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- ½ cup(s) onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup(s) fresh corn
- 2 teaspoon(s) parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cup(s) sun dried tomatoes, chopped and diced

- 2 cup(s) orzo, uncooked
Make orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside. Place the corn and onions on a baking sheet and spray with 1 tsp. olive oil and roast until the slightest bit golden. Remove from oven and turn off. Toss the cooked orzo and the rest of the ingredients till combined. That's it! Serve...
