Orzo with no cheese


  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • ½ cup(s) onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup(s) fresh corn
  • 2 teaspoon(s) parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup(s) sun dried tomatoes, chopped and diced

    • 2 cup(s) orzo, uncooked

Make orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside. Place the corn and onions on a baking sheet and spray with 1 tsp. olive oil and roast until the slightest bit golden.
