  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 pound dried orzo pasta
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili flakes
  • 1 container (15 oz.) low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound broccoli rabe or broccoli, rinsed, ends trimmed, and coarsely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
