Our Famous Popovers

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ¼ cups warm milk (105° to 115°)

Beat eggs until light and lemon-colored. Add warm milk; stir well. Add flour and salt, stirring just until blended. Pour batter into well-greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°; bake 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
