Oven Baked Garlic and Parmesan Fries


  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground dried thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 4 large unpeeled russet potatoes, cut into ¼-inch strips
