Oven Fries

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 450°. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes or until golden.
