Oven Stew 6

Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) stew meat
  • 6 onions (small)
  • 3 carrots, quartered
  • 1 can(s) cream of celery soup
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 package(s) Lipton soup mix

Salt and pepper the meat. Sprinkle the package of onion soup mix over the meat. Mix 1 can celery soup with 1 1/2 cups water. Add to mixture. Place your vegetables on top and lightly mix. Cook at 300°, covered, for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
