Oven Style Pinto Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) pinto beans, soaked overnight
  • 3 cup(s) vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 3 cup(s) water
  • 1 whole shallot
  • 1 teaspoon(s) soul food seasoning (season to desire taste)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
