Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups pasteurized egg whites (such as Eggology)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed and undrained
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 450°.Place the egg whites and salt in a large bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until foamy. Add the cream of tartar; beat for 1 minute.
