Oyster Dressing “Grand-Mère”

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 4 dozen shucked oysters plus 1 cup oyster liquor
  • 2 large baguettes ch dice (12 cups)
