  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper
  • 6 medium oysters such as Blue Point or Belon
  • ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ½ cup apple cider or juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tart apple
  • 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley
