  • 4 lemon wedges
  • Rock salt
  • 6 tablespoons Cucumber-Horseradish Relish
  • ½ cup Mignonette Sauce
  • 24 shucked oysters

Cover a platter 1 inch deep with rock salt. Nestle oysters in rock salt, and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with Mignonette Sauce and Cucumber-Horseradish Relish.
