Oysters with Two Sauces

Ingredients
- 4 lemon wedges
- Rock salt
- 6 tablespoons Cucumber-Horseradish Relish
- ½ cup Mignonette Sauce
- 24 shucked oysters
Cover a platter 1 inch deep with rock salt. Nestle oysters in rock salt, and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with Mignonette Sauce and Cucumber-Horseradish Relish.
