Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 ½ cups fat-free milk
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup butter, divided

    • 1 cup fresh blueberries
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • ½ cup dry white wine
    • ½ cup fresh strawberry halves
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 16 (1-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup fresh blackberries
    • ¾ cup egg substitute

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Arrange the bread slices in a single layer in a large shallow dish.
