Pajeon~Korean Green Onion Pancake


  • Vinegar Soy Sauce (Cho Ganjang)
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice or Korean Apple Vinegar
  • 10 Stalks Scallions/Green Onions, cut into 5” length
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • Batter
  • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • About ½ Cup Water + 1 Tbsp, if needed
    • 1 tsp Korean Soybean Paste
    • ½ tsp Sugar
    • 1 tsp Honey
    • ¼ White Onion, diced
    • 1 Green Chili, sliced
    • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the vinegar soy sauce and set aside.
