Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • Salt
  • 1 large egg
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 0.5 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 10-ounce packages frozen spinach
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 0.5 teaspoon(s) active dry yeast
    • 1 tablespoon(s) ground sumac
    • 2 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
    • 0.25 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 0.6667 cup(s) lukewarm water

In the bowl of a standing electric mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour with the whole wheat flour, yeast, water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of the olive oil.
