Pan-Fried Trout Filets

Ingredients

  • 4 lemon wedges
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 (8 to 12 ounce) whole trout, filleted (skin on)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds

    • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
