Pan-Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Rind
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 2 (2-inch) lemon rind strips
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
