Ingredients
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 sweet Italian sausages
