Pan-Seared Skirt Steak with Anchovies and Lime
Ingredients
- 4 6-ounce skirt steaks
- 2 scallions
- ¼ cup water
- clove(s) 1 large garlic
- 1 2-ounce can anchovy fillets packed in oil
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Rub the steaks with the lime juice and salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes. In a skillet, heat the olive oil.
