Pan-Seared Skirt Steak with Anchovies and Lime

Ingredients

  • 4 6-ounce skirt steaks
  • 2 scallions
  • ¼ cup water
  • clove(s) 1 large garlic
  • 1 2-ounce can anchovy fillets packed in oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
