  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt, divided
  • 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
  • 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 4 teaspoons extravirgin olive oil
    • Cooking spray
    • ½ cup white wine

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle fish evenly with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
