  • ¼ cup dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Pan-steamed Asian Greens (omit step 3)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 ounce dried shiitake mushrooms
