Pancake Mix 3

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
• 1 ¾ cup(s) flour
• 1 ½ cup(s) milk
• 3 tablespoon(s) Vegetable Oil
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
• + 1 more ingredients
• • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

Stir together 1-3/4 cups flour, 2 T. sugar, 1 T. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs and 3 T. vegetable oil into 1-1/2 cups milk. Stir in vanilla. Add liquid to dry mixture and whisk. Don't over mix; batter should be lumpy. Makes 10 to 12 pancakes.
