- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
