  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 Pinch sugar
  • ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 14-oz can diced tomatoes in juice
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
    • 12 ounces mixed fresh mushrooms
    • ¾ teaspoon dried hot red-pepper flakes
