PanFried Trout with Bacon
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon
- 4 bacon slices
- 4 teaspoons capers
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup green onions
- All purpose flour
- 2 8- to 10-ounce trout, boned
