Panini BLT Sandwich

Ingredients

• parmesan cheese shredded
• butter
• 3 slices smokey apple bacon
• 9 basil leaves, large
• 6 mozzarella cheese fresh, slices
• 4 sundried tomatoes, packed in oil, chopped
• 6 tomato slices, thick
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 6 sour dough bread slices, (½" thick)

Butter outside of each slice of bread. Place 3 slices of bread, butter side down on panini pan. Top each with 1 slice of bacon, 3 basil leaves, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle each with parmesan cheese, chopped sundried tomatoes then top with 2 slices of tomatoes. Top with bread sl...
