  • 4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom honey
  • 4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups pine nuts
  • Strawberry-Vin Santo Sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon Vin Santo, Muscat wine or cream Sherry
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
