Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces freshly grated parmesan
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 large eggs
    • ¾ cup milk
    • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together eggs, milk, and oil in a bowl.
