Parmesan Toast

Parmesan Toast

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 whole-wheat baguette, halved lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Heat oven to 350° F. On a baking sheet, toast the bread until lightly golden. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
