Parsley- and Garlic-Rubbed Flank Steak with Sweet-and-Sour Red Onion-Vinegar Sauce


  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic (about 6 large cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • Sweet-and-Sour Red Onion-Vinegar Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 (2 1/2-pound) flank steak, trimmed

Prepare grill.Combine the first 6 ingredients. Rub both sides of steak with mixture. Place steak on grill rack; grill for 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
